Cycle Decoded His Portal
Terms of Service

These Terms are an agreement between you and Holistic Wellness Roots LLC ("we", "us"), based in Park Ridge, Illinois, which runs Cycle Decoded and Cycle Decoded His Portal (the "Portal"). By buying access to or using the Portal, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. What the Portal is, and what it is not
The Portal is a research-informed, guided self-coaching and education program: you follow it on your own, at your own pace. It offers a personal starting plan, daily check-ins, habit tracking, weekly reviews, decision cards, relaxation practices, food information and articles.
- It is self-guided. Dr. Lejla Fazlicic designed the program, but she does not see, review or respond to your entries in the Portal, and the Portal does not include ongoing personal coaching.
- A free call if you have questions. Each purchase (including the Couples Bundle) includes one free call with Dr. Lejla, booked from the Portal, if you have questions about the program. The call is coaching about using the program. It is not medical care: Dr. Lejla does not diagnose, treat, or give medical advice on the call, and it does not create a practitioner–patient relationship. Ongoing personal coaching can be booked separately.
- It is not medical care. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition, and it does not predict or promise any fertility, pregnancy or IVF outcome.
- It works alongside your doctor or fertility clinic, never in place of them. If anything in the Portal differs from your clinic's instructions, follow your clinic.
- No practitioner–patient relationship. Dr. Lejla Fazlicic holds professional licenses, but content in the Portal is general coaching and education. Using the Portal does not create a practitioner–patient or provider–patient relationship.
- Talk with your own doctor before changing any medication or supplement, or starting a new diet or exercise plan.
- In an emergency, call 911. If you ever feel unsafe or think about harming yourself, call or text 988 (US).
2. Who can use it
You must be 18 or older and live in the United States. Access is for you personally and may not be shared, resold or transferred.
3. Price, access period and renewal
- Access costs $149, paid once through our payment processor, Stripe. It is not a subscription and does not renew automatically. At checkout you may be able to pay over time with Klarna or Affirm, subject to their approval and terms; you then repay them directly, and any refund is returned through them.
- You can try the Portal free for 3 days without buying. To start the demo you give your email address and agree to receive demo tips and occasional updates, which you can unsubscribe from at any time. The demo has no account: your demo entries stay in your browser and are erased when it ends.
- Access can also come with the Couples Bundle ($249, paid once), which includes one year of Her Portal and one year of His Portal. Each partner has their own separate, private account. The bundle's additional terms, including its refund, are at cycledecoded.com/portal-terms.html.
- One purchase gives you one year of access from the date of purchase. After that, access ends unless you buy another year.
- You sign in with your email and the password you create. Access is for you personally; please don't share your password.
- We may change the price for future purchases. Changes do not affect access you have already paid for.
4. Refunds
If the Portal isn't right for you, email hello@cycledecoded.com from the email you paid with, within 14 days of purchase, for a full refund. No reason is needed. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe. After a refund, your access ends.
5. Your data is encrypted, and only you hold the key
Everything you enter in the Portal (check-ins, habits, notes, ratings) is encrypted before it is saved, with a key that only your password or recovery code can unlock. We store only the encrypted copy and cannot read it. That means:
- Keep your password and your recovery code safe. If you lose both, we cannot unlock or recover your saved entries. You can still use the Portal and start fresh.
- If you choose "Keep me signed in" on a device, anyone who can open that browser on your unlocked device can see your entries. Use it only on your own device with a screen lock.
- You can keep your own copy at any time with "Download my data" in My Profile, and delete your account at any time with "Delete my account".
- You are responsible for keeping your password, recovery code and devices secure, and for signing out on shared devices.

6. Content and intellectual property
All Portal content (text, practices, decision cards, food ratings, articles, design and software) belongs to us or our licensors. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, share, publish or sell it. Glycemic index values are approximate averages from published tables, and anti-inflammatory scores are coaching ratings, not clinical or laboratory measures.
7. Acceptable use
Don't share your access, try to get around the payment or sign-in system, interfere with the site, or use the Portal for anything unlawful.
8. Disclaimers
The Portal is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. Research changes over time, and content may not reflect the latest studies. Individual results vary, and no particular result is promised.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the Portal. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Portal is limited to the amount you paid for access in the 12 months before the claim. Some states don't allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
10. Ending access
We may suspend or end access if you break these Terms, for example by sharing access. You can stop using the Portal at any time.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We'll change the "Last updated" date, and important changes will be shown in the Portal or on the sign-up page. Continuing to use the Portal after changes means you accept them.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a concern comes up, please email us first so we can try to resolve it informally. If we can't, any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, unless the law of your state gives you the right to bring it where you live.
